My mission is to empower individuals and groups through innovative coaching, transformative program design, and insightful facilitation. With 30+ years of experience as full-time faculty and ultimately a member of the executive leadership team at the Center for Creative Leadership, I have worked closely with individuals and groups at all levels of organizations across all sectors. In addition to my education, which includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, I bring 35+ years of experience in senior leadership roles across varying sectors and organizations.  I also have two decades of experience as a skilled designer and facilitator of leadership development initiatives and I am certified in 15+ industry-leading assessments and other leadership tools, such as:
