In addition to my education, which includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, I bring 35+ years of experience in senior leadership roles across varying sectors and organizations. I also have two decades of experience as a skilled designer and facilitator of leadership development initiatives and I am certified in 15+ industry-leading assessments and other leadership tools, such as:

As an example, we brought together and tapped a large team of experts in equity, leadership, health, and networks to develop a comprehensive leadership framework for developing the capacity to lead with an equity and systems lens and with a strong emphasis on connection and collaboration.
